两人沉默着回到各自的岗位，格拉斯榨了杯橙汁送到科林那里，回来刚站好就被人用力拍了拍肩膀。
"Come on, boy, I won't leave you here alone."
（振作起来孩子，姐姐我是不会把你一个人留在这儿的。）

Glass（真的很感谢你，所以你今天不用给我小费了）
ColinNo, no, I've disturbed you all day today.

格拉斯微笑着目送科林离开，然后收拾好所有餐桌准备回家。
Glassos: I bet he's a bachelor and that's why he stays here all day.
Glass（os：我敢打赌他是个单身汉，所以他才一整天都泡在这儿）
Glassos: But how can I satirize him? I've just been lovelorn.
Glass（os：但是我又有什么理由说他呢？我不是也失恋了吗）
格拉斯叹了口气，关灯之前看了眼餐厅。

一个人走了一段夜路感觉好多了，尤其是一进门就听见钱德勒说那个女的结了婚还有个男朋友。
Glassos: Look, God is justice.
Glass（os：上帝是公平的）
但是很快他就笑不出来了。
ChandlerWhat "not work out"? I'm seeing her again on Thursday.
Chandler（什么就吹了？我周四还要和她约会呢）

钱德勒瞪大眼睛，想点头又怕这其中有诈。

钱德勒眉毛挑得老高，格拉斯从中读出了不满足。
他狠狠咬了一下嘴唇，深吸了一口气。

Glass（你爱干嘛干嘛吧！）
格拉斯突然站起身，钱德勒有种不好的预感。

格拉斯抬脚想离开，钱德勒立刻起身抓住了他的手。
ChandlerGlass…

Glass（我不是你想满足欲望又不愿负责的工具）
格拉斯说这句话时语气很平淡，他背对着钱德勒，而后者看不到的表情。
轻轻捏了捏温热的手指，格拉斯抽出自己的手，关门声几乎卡住了钱德勒的呼吸，他以前只觉得分手很难，只是单纯的要甩掉一个人很难，而现在…
ChandlerWhat IS hell the whole thing?
纵使后悔，但分手已成定局，钱德勒在安慰自己，也许等他投入到和奥罗拉恋情中就不会那么纠结了。
但事实恰恰相反。

格拉斯醒来的时候，餐厅里已经有客人在吃早餐了，而他正趴在桌子上，面前是捧着咖啡的科林，两肩上是杰西卡和卢锡安的手。
ColinI think you need some coffee.
GlassThanks…
"I am sorry I wasn't here yesterday."
格拉斯朝卢锡安扯了下嘴角，依旧处于不清醒的状态。
"And I wanna know what happened?"
他把科林的咖啡喝掉了一半，拍了拍身边两人的手。
GlassWe gotta work.
Glass（我们得工作了）
"Okay."
（那好吧。）
GlassAnd Lucian, make me an espresso.
Glass（卢锡安，帮我冲一杯浓缩）
"No problem."
一切都如往常一般进行着，只是格拉斯连着喝了三杯浓缩才算完全进入工作状态。
不过可能是咖啡摄入过多让他兴奋过头了，整个人显得有些暴躁。
某个客人打电话太大声了他都要把人撵出去，直接省去了“好言相劝”的步骤。
还有位客人因为临时把汉堡换成了三明治，两分钟后又换了回来，直接被他指着鼻子训斥：

Glass（你是马戏团的吗？）

Glass（把我们当猴耍吗？）
GlassYou have to eat whatever Jessica cooks!
Glass（她做什么你就吃什么！）
杰西卡和卢锡安面面相觑，整个柜台都冒着“烟火气”，吓得几乎没有哪个客人敢说话了。
直到一个从没见过的客人推门而入，直奔柜台。
格拉斯低着头撕碎一张便签，烦闷地敲了敲桌子。
GlassSir, you'd better order quickly,
Glass（这位先生，您最好快点儿点餐）

Glass（否则我就…）

来人的吻很有侵入性，手法和力道都很熟悉…
餐厅里所有人都扭头朝他们看过来，但又被卢锡安和杰西卡瞪了回去。
格拉斯几乎就要沉溺其中，但他依然记得昨天发生的事，一把推开来人的脸，拽着他来到卫生间。

Glass（你怎么知道我在这儿？）

钱德勒是跑着来的，现在还在喘着粗气。

格拉斯转身打开水龙头，冷水拍在脸上，努力让自己在清醒地状态下辨别钱德勒话里的真伪。
可那个吻里的深情缕缕撞击他的理智。

Chandler（你从始至终都不是工具）
关上水龙头，格拉斯撑着洗手池慢慢抬起头，透过镜子看着身后愧疚的钱德勒，突然笑了一下。
GlassCan't stand it after only one day?
Glass（才一天就忍不了了？）
ChandlerSorry, my love affair always can't last longer.
Chandler（我的恋情总是持续不了多久）
GlassIt doesn't matter,
格拉斯转过身，慢慢抬起头靠近钱德勒…
