1. though与although含义相近，意为虽然，尽管。二者不能够和but连用在同一个句子当中。中文习惯虽然……但是……，英文只能保留其一。

错误示范：Although he likes the job, but he has no enough strengths.

正确版本：Although he likes the job, he has no enough strengths.

2. even if和even though翻译为即使，即便。even if侧重假设的情况；even though偏向描述既定事实。

例句①Even if he has much money, he does not love his work.即使他拥有很多钱（假想情景），他依旧不热爱自己的工作。

例句②Even though he has rich experience, he still keeps learning.尽管他拥有丰富的经验（既定事实），他依旧坚持学习。

3. while引导让步状语从句的时候，放置句首，表尽管。多用来对比两件事物。

While the job brings high income, it takes up nearly all his spare time.尽管这份工作收入很高，它几乎占用了他全部空余时间。

拓展引导词：no matter‑wh‑词。no matter what无论什么；no matter who无论谁；no matter how无论怎样。no matter引导的让步状语从句不可以引导名词性从句。

例句No matter what occupation you choose, you ought to be responsible for your work.无论你选择何种职业，你都应当对自己的工作抱有责任心。

易错警示整理在侧边。

第一点，切记although/though不搭配but，可搭配yet/still。

第二点，区分while的多重功能：引导时间状语从句当……时候；引导并列句表对比然而；引导让步状语从句尽管。依靠语境判断功能。

It is necessary for us senior high students to start thinking about career planning. However, some students hold wrong opinions when they talk about future jobs.

Many teenagers judge an occupation only by its reputation and income. They dream of jobs with high pay without considering their own interest and strengths. Although a well‑paid job can satisfy material needs, it may not bring inner satisfaction. Interest offers lasting motivation. Even if the work is full of difficulties, people with passion are willing to keep moving forward. Besides strengths, we also need to face our weaknesses honestly. We cannot choose a job blindly just because it sounds wonderful.

It is also wrong to divide different jobs into high‑level ones and low‑level ones. Every meaningful job serves society. Farmers provide food for people; teachers pass on knowledge; doctors save lives. All these occupations are important.
