精选阅读材料：The Best Movie Theater in Town

In our town, there are three movie theaters, but Screen City is the most popular. It has the biggest screens and the most comfortable seats. Many people say it has the best sound, too. Although it is a little more expensive than the others, it's worth it because you can buy tickets the most quickly there. The waiting time is the shortest of all the theaters...

City Cinema is the cheapest, but it has the worst sound. Sometimes you can't hear the actors clearly. Movie Palace has the friendliest service, but it's the farthest from my home. So I usually choose Screen City because it's the closest to my house and has the best overall quality.

语法重点：形容词和副词的比较级与最高级

规则变化：

单音节词和部分双音节词：加-er/-est (fast → faster → fastest)

以e结尾的词：加-r/-st (large → larger → largest)

辅音字母+y结尾的词：变y为i加-er/-est (happy → happier → happiest)

重读闭音节且末尾只有一个辅音字母的词：双写末尾辅音字母加-er/-est (big → bigger → biggest)

多音节词和部分双音节词：前加more/most (beautiful → more beautiful → most beautiful)

不规则变化：

good/well → better → best

bad/badly → worse → worst

many/much → more → most

little → less → least

far → farther/further → farthest/furthest

阅读理解技巧

1. 定位关键词：在问题中划出关键词，如"best", "most comfortable", "cheapest"等比较级和最高级词汇。

2. 对比信息：在文中找到描述不同电影院特点的句子，制作简单的对比表格。

3. 排除法：对于"Which is NOT mentioned..."类问题，先排除明确提到的选项。

4. 推断题策略：根据文中提供的事实进行合理推断，不要加入个人观点。
