语法重点：形容词和副词的最高级

规则变化

1. 一般形容词、副词最高级加-est：small → smallest

2. 以不发音e结尾，加-st：nice → nicest

3. 重读闭音节，双写结尾字母再加-est：big → biggest

4. 辅音字母加y结尾，变y为i再加-est：happy → happiest

5. 多音节词和部分双音节词，在词前加most：interesting → most interesting

Bamboo is one of the most popular subjects in Chinese painting. It is also one of the fastest-growing plants in the world. People use bamboo to make many things, like furniture, musical instruments and even houses.

The Oldest Ginkgo Trees

Ginkgo trees appeared over 200 million years ago. They are a symbol of hope and long life in Chinese culture. In mid-October, thousands of tourists come to see the golden ginkgo leaves.

写作指导

本单元写作主题是描述濒危动物。以蓝鲸为例：
