The black card rests on my desk as I type these words, under the dim glow of my lamp. It’s quiet tonight. Too quiet. The hum in my ears seems a little louder than usual.

I look out of the window at the dark sky. No black tower is visible. But sometimes, in the deepest silence of the night, I think I can still hear the faint, distant echo of whispers, like the ghost of corrupted data, waiting to be untangled, or Perhaps, reawakened.

And I wonder, what happens when a “迷途之人” truly finds their way, not back to the familiar path, but deeper into the unknown?
