The water spirits began to move towards the submersible, their luminous eyes fixed on our vessel. They didn't seem hostile, but rather intensely curious.
Holding the sculptures, I felt a new kind of energy flowing from them, responding to the water spirits outside. It felt fluid, deep, and ancient, like the ocean itself.
The sculpture was guiding me again. This time, the challenge wasn’t about fighting or calming, but perhaps… connecting.
I focused my mind, trying to project a sense of peaceful intent towards the water spirits. I concentrated on the idea of balance, of harmony between different elements and powers.
The water spirits reached the submersible and swam slowly around it, their forms flowing like liquid silk against the thick glass of the viewports. They seemed to be studying us, their glowing eyes filled with an alien intelligence.
I held up the fused sculpture to the viewport. As I did, the light from the sculpture intensified, casting a warm glow into the dark water.
The water spirits reacted to the light. They stopped flowing, their forms becoming more defined, more still. They seemed to be drawn to the sculpture’s energy.
