China is a vast country with many ethnic groups and different customs. According to local traditions, people's eating customs for the New Year are also very different. Dumplings, rice cakes, spring rolls, glutinous rice cakes, noodles, all kinds of Spring Festival delicacies, not only reflects the joy of people's New Year, but also carries our family reunion, the joy of national prosperity.
Especially as the New Year's Eve dinner, it is necessary to prepare ingredients a few days in advance. On New Year's Eve, the family sat in front of a full table of dishes, while watching the Spring Festival Gala, while drinking happily. Although overseas travelers can not get together with their families, they will also cook a reunion dinner to welcome the Spring Festival.
