We Are the Danger is the third episode of the first season of Fractures using Blacklite District's song of the same name. It marks the debut of the Nether Horde.

Synopsis

Acquiring the support of the Ender Watchers, the humans attempt to retake the village captured by the Undead. Herobrine decides to pledge allegiance with the Pig King, in hopes of turning the tides of battle in his favor.

Plot

The episode opens with Commander Blackbone informing Herobrine on the incoming attack from the joint Frostbourne-Ender Watcher alliance, declaring that, "Only a fool would fight them in an open field.” Upon asking his plan, Herobrine declares that a raven would be sent to the Pig King, and that all who stand against him will be killed.

Whilst the Frostbourne march towards Glacierford, headed by Rain and the Ender Dragon, Herobrine and his army start preparing and training at Glacierford, with most wearing armor and wielding spears and shields. As they stand prepared for the upcoming battle, the Dragon swoops and sets fire to the catapults, surprising Herobrine and granting the Frostbourne and Endermen an advantage. Seeing that he is outnumbered, Herobrine and Blackbone flee through a portal, narrowly avoiding being fried by the Dragon.

Upon arrival, Herobrine meets with the Nether rulers: Glutton and Abigail Crysteffor, who had been revived and turned to the side of the Nether. They are also accompanied by Scorch, the Blaze Commander, and agreed to help Herobrine. As the Frostbourne celebrate their victory, the Nether launches their attack through multiple portals, where the humans and Endermen find themselves fighting for their lives. Ser Theo is ultimately killed in this timeframe.

The Ender Dragon breathes fire over Gigabone, burning his face and upper torso. Rain runs through the village to find other humans to assist but instead finds Abigail, who successfully kills all golems coming at her with relative ease. Whilst Rain is paralyzed in shock, Abigail takes her staff into her hands and teleports to him, utilizing her Ruby Thorn to attack him. Rain refuses to attack her, dodging her attacks before partially freezing her in ice and fleeing on the Dragon, scared and heartbroken as Herobrine stands victorious. Gigabone, who survived the Ender Dragon's onslaught, lets out a triumphant roar as the remaining Frostbourne follow Rain's lead and flee.

This is the first episode to feature two individual tracks in a single episode, as Arbiter and We Are the Danger (Song) are both used during the episode.

This was later followed by Goodbye.

This is the first episode to involve voice acting, which is done by Luel John aka Tigilord, a member of the Fillipino rock band "The Stereo Scope" and Rainimator himself.

This marks the debut of the Nether Horde and Nether mobs, the Frostbourne Footsoldiers and Cavalry, the death of Ser Theo and the return of Abigail Crysteffor.

This is also the debut of the Netherkin, which becomes a major plot point in the second season (namely Wishing Dead.)

This is the first episode with 2 songs (Arbiter, and We Are the Danger)

The second episode to feature this is Goodbye, once again using Arbiter, along with Goodbye.

Although Ser Theo died, there are Ser Theo lookalikes seen before they were attacked by the Nether Horde.

This may be because his skin is a generic look for Footsoldiers.
