面见Jefferson医生

顾魏一到德国和Stevia径直来到了医院

因为之前Stevia和主治医师交流过所以他们很顺利地见到了他

顾魏操着一口流利的英文道：hello，I'm Guwei,also a doctor in china,说着伸出了手

Jefferson: you can call me Jefferson,I know,stevia has told me

顾魏：ok. Actually, I'm here about my father-in-law's illness, and you've cured a patient with a similar case before and I thought I'd talk to you and see if there's anything I can do

Jefferson：Did you bring the patient’s reports

顾魏：yes，说着从包里拿出了报告

Jefferson把片子放在灯光下看了一会儿道：Now that the cancer has grown and spread to the liver and lungs, it can be difficult to cure completely

顾魏：可是拖的越晚就对我岳父的病情越不利，您看您能不能明天和我回国？

Jefferson：这简直是乱来，且不说我要去开会，就是制定具体的手术方案至少也得两三天，我们是医生得对病人负责，手术过程中的意外我们都得尽可能的想到，不能因为病人时日不多就忽视吧

顾魏抱歉道：是我心急了，不好意思Jefferson

Jefferson：我能理解你的心情，你先回去和家里人商量下吧，然后我们再确定回国日期

顾魏：OK

说罢两人就离开了医院

看顾魏一脸沉重，Stevia就拉着顾魏来到了一家中国餐馆，刚好两人在飞机上和下了飞机没有吃东西

顾魏机械地坐在位置上，在等菜间隙Stevia道：我给你讲个故事吧

Stevia：我从小有一个特别要好的朋友，我们一起上小学、初中和高中甚至大学也在一处。可是就在两年前他被确诊为肺癌晚期，去世了

当时我和你现在一样伤心，我把自己关在房间里，不吃不喝，谁也不见谁也不理，我妈妈看我这样非常担心终日以泪洗面

一次，妈妈来给我送饭，这是我第一次自朋友出事后正视她，我发现她瘦了，背也驼了，此后，我便发誓，我要走出来，我为死的人悲同时也要为活着的人好好活，不能让她们跟着我担心

也许你现在不是很了解这种感情，但我想告诉你，如果你岳父最后真的有个三长两短你必须得振作，你要照顾好自己照顾好你的家人

顾魏坐直了：我明白了，我会的

菜上来了，顾魏大口大口地吃着
